What We Do
We connect older people and communities
Southern Age Well Network was founded in 1996 as Newry and Mourne Senior Citizens Consortium, we have been working hard since then with the help all of our member groups and volunteers to connect older people in our area with active groups. Our work is dedicated to supporting older peoples groups to maintain good governance, train volunteers, access funding to deliver a range of charitable services in communities across Newry and Mourne. We strive to inspire and improve the lives of those older people who need assistance by making connections with local volunteers and groups.
